PAYMENT: At Cahaba River Reptiles we want to provide you with the easiest ways to receive your new purchase. We currently accept Paypal, personal checks, money orders, and bank drafts.* We will soon offer customers the option to purchase using credit cards. We will gladly hold animals for you with a non-refundable deposit of 25%. Payment for all orders must be made within 30 days of original deposit.
SHIPPING: Prices on the website do not include shipping charges. Shipping is extra unless indicated otherwise. Shipping charges vary due to weight of package, distance, and time of year being shipped. All packages are shipped with great care: insulated corrugated boxes with heat or cold packs if needed. All animals are placed individually in appropriately-sized deli cups or bags. Each animal will also be clearly marked as to its sex and other identification. We only ship animals using overnight services. All recipients must be present to receive package upon arrival. No packages will be left without: all deliveries require a signature. Cahaba River Reptiles takes no responsibility for packages left at businesses or residencies of any kind without a signature or person making purchase. We do not ship to addresses of any kind outside the contiguous United States. All persons purchasing animals must be aware of and responsible for those state laws pertaining to the ownership of animals sold by us. I am not able to ship Western hognose snakes to residents of Colorado or Illinois.
RETURNS: If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you have seven (7) days from the day of arrival, to return the animal(s) in question for a refund for the animal(s),minus the cost of shipping. All animals must be returned in their original containers, with all packing materials to ensure the animals’ safe return.
